Great looking rug but major issue

The rug looks great and is just as shown in the picture but there’s one major issue. There’s a lot of shedding, like A LOT! I machine washed it separately and it shed majorly in there too after which I let it dry and brushed off last bit of the shedding hoping it won’t shed anymore but it’s still shedding so much. Wish there was something that could be done about this because the rug in itself is really great.
