This return policy aims to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our valued customers while maintaining fairness and transparency in our operations.
Customers are eligible to request a return for products within 5 days of the delivery date. (We will not be able to accept returns requested beyond this period.) To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified time frame either through email (hey@hyppy.in), phone/WhatsApp (+91-9136637274) or Instagram DM (@hyppy.in).
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credits will be processed within 2 business days.
A nominal fee of 100 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit, which has no expiry date.
Please note that certain items such as wall frames, fillers, giftwraps and macrames cannot be returned due to the risk of damage during transit. We encourage customers to review product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.
We kindly request you to take unboxing videos in rare case of receiving a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect, a wrong product or missing items and notify us within 48 hours with relevant pictures. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly by either sending a replacement or issuing a store credit of the item price depending on customer preference.
