Let’s keep this simple and stress-free.

Changed your mind? Happens.

If something didn’t feel like you once it arrived, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

• We deduct a flat ₹100 (just to cover reverse shipping, applicable in cases of exchanges too)
• The rest is refunded to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your preference)
  
• The shipping & COD charges will not be refundable :)
• Item should be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

What if something’s off?

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• incorrect
• or missing something

We’ve got you 🤝

Just send us:

• an unboxing video + a few pictures
• within 48 hours of delivery

We’ll check it quickly and replace it.

A few small but important things

• Requests beyond 5 days won’t be accepted
• Refused a delivery but want it again? Re-shipping charges will apply
• Some items like wall frames, fillers, gift wraps, posters & card games are non-returnable (they don’t travel well twice 💔)
