Returns, Refunds & What-Ifs 🌼

Let’s keep this simple and stress-free.

Changed your mind? Happens.

If something didn’t feel like you once it arrived, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

How refunds work:

A flat ₹100 reverse-shipping charge is deducted from returns and exchanges (not from damage or wrong-item cases)
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (or as Hyppy store credit if you’d prefer)
COD orders — and the COD-paid part of a partial-payment order — are refunded as Hyppy store credit, which never expires ✨
Once the return reaches us and is checked, refunds go out within 3–5 working days (store credit the same day)
Shipping & COD charges are not refundable :)
Item should be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

What if something’s off?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing something — that’s on us. Just send us a few pictures within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right 🤝

Your choice of:

a free replacement, or
a full refund — no ₹100 deduction, since the fault is ours

Prepaid refunds go back to your original payment method; COD refunds are issued as Hyppy store credit.

Got a video of the unboxing? Send that along with the photos — it helps us sort the courier side faster. No video, no stress, photos are enough.

Parcel looks tampered with? Please don’t open it — snap a photo or video of the sealed package just as it reached you and message us right away, so we can raise it with the courier.

Damaged frames and prints don’t need to come back — keep them (or bin them), we’ll replace or refund either way.

OTP deliveries. Please share the delivery OTP only once the parcel is in your hands.

Is there a store? We’re online only — everything ships from our warehouse.

A few small but important things

Requests beyond 5 days won’t be accepted
Refused a delivery but want it again? We’ll reship it :)
Some items like wall frames, fillers, gift wraps, posters & card games are non-returnable (they don’t travel well twice 💔)
