This return policy aims to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for our valued customers while maintaining fairness and transparency in our operations.
Customers are eligible to request a return for products within 5 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified time frame either through email (, phone/WhatsApp (+91-9136637274) or Instagram DM (
We will not be able to accept returns requested beyond this period.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, store credits will be processed within 2 business days.
nominal fee of 100 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount as processing charges. The remaining amount will be issued as a store credit, which has no expiry date.
Please note that certain items such as wall frames, collage kits, fillers, macrames and journals cannot be returned due to the risk of damage during transit. We encourage customers to review product details and specifications before making a purchase decision.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product, customers are requested to notify us within 48 hours with relevant pictures. We are committed to resolving such issues promptly by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, depending on customer preference.
We request you to check the pictures & read the description thoroughly before making a purchase. Feel free to ping us for raw images of any product if needed as well.
