Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days from dispatch

When does my order go out?

We ship between Mon–Sat (10 am–7 pm)
Orders placed after this or on Sundays / national holidays go out the next working day
Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours; if it’s been longer than 2 working days with no tracking, message us

Need to cancel or change something?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it
Or anytime before it gets dispatched (whichever is earlier)

Once shipped, we can’t:

cancel the order
change the address

The order shows delivered but you didn’t receive it?
Let us know within 24 hours. Check with your security / neighbours first, then message us and we’ll pull the courier’s proof of delivery.

Received something damaged or incorrect?
Reach out within 48 hours with proof and we’ll take it from there 🤝
