At Hyppy, we offer free shipping pan India on orders above Rs.499/-.
The shipment usually takes 2-7 working days from dispatch to delivery.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a longer time than what it takes usually. We are not liable for any delays in the delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Hyppy.
Once you place the order, you will be notified with the placement of order. Day, date and time of dispatching the order and the delivery of the order. We suggest you check your email or your inbox from time to time.
We, accept cancellations if the request is received within 24 hours of placing the order, or before we dispatch the order from our fulfilment centre, whichever is earlier.
We always make sure that we deliver all the products in good condition and as fast as possible.
Please Note:

- Replacement to be informed within 2 working days from ordering, anything after that won't be entertained as per company policies.
- If order shows delivered but not recieved by the customer, we’d need the customer to tell us within 48 hours
- For international orders- All the taxes and duties of their respective country will be borne by the customer.
- Hyppy Shall not be responsible for orders accepted by any person other than the customer.
