Poor responsibility for not delivering product

I had prepaid and ordered two items on their app. However I received just one item. Despite repeated email and enquiry they have stopped responding and cleverly stayed silent after asking for the package and product pictures which were promptly sent. Disappointed with this company's service which looked so good on the website.
