Le Mudcloth est une technique de tissage et de teinture séculaire originaire du Mali, en Afrique. Des bandes de tissu sont tissées ensemble pour créer la texture et le caractère les plus incroyables et sont ensuite peintes avec des couches de boue fermentée pour créer ces motifs étonnants.

En raison de la nature du tissu en coton et de la méthode de capitonnage, très peu de perte du jeté peut se produire naturellement lors des 1 à 2 premiers lavages.

Care Instructions

We've done our best processes to minimise shedding but due to nature of cotton & tufting as a method, very little shedding may occur.
Fret not, as the lint would be harmless cotton fibres. This should ideally disappear within 1 or 2 washes.

To care for your throw, gently hand wash it in cold water using a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid scrubbing or wringing it. Rinse thoroughly, remove excess water by pressing it gently between towels, and then air dry it flat on a clean surface away from direct sunlight. Brush or fluff it after drying to maintain its appearance and shape. Please wash colours/whites separately.

Do your throws bleed colors?

Due to the nature of the cotton fabric & tufting method, very little shedding may occur naturally in the first 1-2 washes.
