I did not like the shopping experience at all, I understand that you all are a growing business, my cousin loved your bread toastie mug rug and I requested you all very politely that I want one and not a set of 2, you all never honored the request, plus I didn’t really feel that for 4 mug rugs the price was right, it was super overpriced just because it was a gift for someone I had to buy it, but I will ensure I do not buy from your site again even if there is a sale, you all have upset me so much, people asked me where those rugs are from, I’d rather have different and better rugs made by a local dealer than to buy from you all again. I told all my friends how I was treated and they lost interest too in buying, anyway, I feel so so bad and those 4 mug rugs that arrived, those were covered in dirt so badly had to wash them and then get the gift packaging done, really disappointed
